I realised last night that I’m an inch down on the fattest part of my waist (round the belly button), and a 3/4 inch off my neck. Also, the custom-made belt that I bought a few weeks ago in Berlin is starting to feel a bit loose and I have to keep tucking my shirt in, and I know that’s it’s loose, because there are only 5 holes, and it was made so that I would use the middle hole. I’m looking forward to going back and asking her to punch more holes in it.
I’m also much more alert at work in the afternoon (no post-lunch slump), and my mood is getting better. (That could be down to the fact I’m listening to Music to Code By quite a bit more, and blocking out the office gossip enabling me to get on with my coding and other tasks with more focus.)
While doing some calculations I also realised just how ‘close’ I am to my goal.
