I’m about a month into keto. I work straight midnights. Should I be taking vitamins and what should i take?

massively depends on your diet, eg. omega 3 if not eating enough fish, zinc if not eating enough shell fish, d if not getting enough sun (no sun screen), so on and so on
Dr Ken D Barry had a video or maybe a couple with his recommended vitamins/supplements. I take magnesium to eliminate leg cramps, a multi-vitamin, b complex with b12, a small about of C about 100 mg, (though I’m not sure it’s needed, I just had some bruising and wanted to see if that helped) vitamin d, vitamin k3 and no calcium supplements. I also try to take some ACV every day, either in a salad or by the spoon. I use garlic liberally and believe fresh herbs add something good to our diets.
I take Trader Joe’s ‘Very Green’ supplement. I get my greens in through veggies at least once a day anyways, but the supplement helps to “keep things moving” for me.
