Hi all! Brand new to the forums, but have been reading a lot and getting tons of help and information. I’m on day 19 of my keto diet. I recently purchased a B complex with MCT’s in it, a one-a-day vitamin, as well as a one-a-day Magnesium supplement. I took both of them Saturday morning with my bulletproof coffee and felt so ill…completely lethargic, bathroom stuff, flushed face and hot feeling. Has anyone experienced this? I’m assuming it’s a reaction from taking the vitamins on an empty stomach, but also wondering if this is a sign of detoxing, since there was a lot of “clearing out” going on. I took them both last night after a delicious keto meal of hot wings and was fine.
Vitamins made me sick?

it might be taking the vitamins/supplements on an empty stomach that is causing the issue if you took them last night after a meal and was fine.
It also could be that you took in too much stuff at 1 time that causes you too poop. Too much MCT, magnesium, and coffee all naturally make you go poop. Maybe leaving out the coffee and only having the magnesium and supplement with MCT oil your stomach was fine, but add the natural diuretic of coffee and it put you over the edge.
