If you are ever in Geneva do your self a favour and get down to the halle de rive and buy this Viande Sechee, roughly translated in dried meat, this is dried beef from Valais, and its the best, fattiest, most buttery beef I have ever eaten. Actually while your there head down to the casa mozzerella stall for some of the best mozzerella too.
