Veggies and the aches

(Ashley) #1

So I haven’t been eating veggies much as I been doing more carnivore, I didn’t have options today though so I got a salad bought for me from subway. I ate it because it was bought, but now I feel really achy stomach and acid reflux. Anyone have his after not having much veg?

HAHA, yes! My gut is not a fan of veggies. Not anymore anyway. And when I look back, I’m not sure it ever was.

Glad it’s not just me! Feels horrible! More reason to stay carnivore keto instead!

I’ve been having a chocolate microwave cake every day. Couple seconds of mouth pleasure for an hour or more of stomach pain. I’m assuming from the added fiber (almond flour, cacao powder, PB powder).

I’ll be cutting these out once some ingredients are gone. But I had no issues before I started adding dessert. We’ll see in a week or so if I go back to no stomach issues.

I had the same thing with the brownies I had recently and I’m thinking it’s the erythritol and the cocoa and such.

Actually I had a big salad with chicken, greens, nuts, cheese, avocado the other day. Maybe because it was not just greens, but I felt GREAT! Better than usual.

Cooked pureed veg might be easier to digest. Spinach and parmesan soufflé omlette?
