Been there. Done that.

Other common deficiencies for vegans are zinc, omega-3s and to a lesser degree calcium and iron. Carnivores also have increased risk for a few deficiencies but all can be avoided with care and/or supplementation. With care I think either extreme can be healthy, but why make it harder then it has to be?

Fad diets are somewhat delusional. I thought the same about keto until reading more into it. This raw vegan girl is pretty crazy. She looks healthy but I wonder how she will age:

I was vegetarian for 7 years. Doable with dairy. Vegan? Forget it!!!

This was very good.

Interesting!
Wow.
Just started to listen

No doubt prematurely.

Not a vego or vegan but with supplementation it’s should be fine right?

This video is absurd, I was embarrassed for her as I watched. Who would feel good after eating that much bulk, other than a cow who has 4 stomachs, and why is she under the impression that it’s a positive thing? I have no idea what she is trying to prove but the claim that she made being 100% raw vegan for 8 years, lol, everyone knows vegans cheat.

”Beefing up WITHOUT meat! Vegan bodybuilders reveal how they got ripped by eating just vegetables (and why consuming animals is for wimps)”

Must be getting B-12 from somewhere?

…and where are they getting the DHA that you can only get from marine life?

I cannot understand how this is even possible without the intake of some livestock, poultry, eggs or fish being involved or steroids?

Staged?

Hmmm?
