Started IF mod carb vegan april 1st (vegan for 20 yrs vegan for life❤) I started 16/8 first 2 wks then started OMAD (24HR fast) i do work out almost everyday i need it for my mind i love endorphines. My 50th bday in june i want abs!!! Total lost 8 lbs but my inches are much more the pics tell the story. Ive never felt so good no cravings no binge eating. I feel LIBERATED!

Wow. You’re doing great! What kinds of workouts do you do and What does your typical omad consist of? I have a similar goal and am having a hard time getting results.

Thanks. I do one meal a day at 23.5 hr i break the fast with 10 cups dark leaf greens kale spinach arugula with avacado walnuts my protein choices temphe tofu seitan mock chikin …mushrooms saute.i do supp with plant based protein shake. I workout 6 days a week kettlebell, mma, tapout dvd, insanity, spinning i change it up. Im now at my 55th hr EF see how cut i get after 72 hrs .
