I went on vacation from 7/28-8/6, and decided to to a massive refueling/refeed and ate like a total wanton crazy person! Pizza, fast food, ice cream , you name allthe bad stuff…I did it! And, oh, it was good! But I felt like crap when it was over!
Anyway…it was an experiment to see if I could re-lose the fat as easily as I had been or if I had set myself back a great bit.
Happy to say…nope! I was 133 before I left…145 when I got back 6 days later…and 136 this morning…eating up to and slightly over my metabolic deficit.
. If I did that, it’s not at the end of the vacation that I’d feel like crap, it’s the day after the 1st cheat. And I’d probably blow up like a balloon. Insulin resistance is no joke
