Can some advise me on what number the urine strip needs be to be able to experience ketosis on daily basis

That’s a multi part question.
Pee strips are notoriously inaccurate, plus they are only measuring excess ketones. As you become more efficient at producing and using ketones, the level will generally drop.
Beyond that, unless your are seeking a specific ketone range for therapeutic reasons, there is no real ketone goal.
In regards to weight loss and metobilc healing, the goal is to become far adapted, which can take a couple months. As far as ketosis, if you’re keeping to 20 grams or less a day of carbohydrates, then you’re either in ketosis or you’re dead. KCKO
