Unstalling Myself

stall

(Ethan) #1

Hi all. I decided to create a new eating routine to help unstall my progress.

Here is my current (old) routine:
Do two five-days every month
Eat lazy keto the rest of the month
Insert random two-day fasts
Insert random OMAD
Insert random fat fasts

I think this was too much fasting and it resulted in overeating on the other days. I am going to modify it starting the second week of April to this:

Alternate-day fasting on M-W-F
Eat lazy keto on other days
Once a month, also fast on Tuesday to make an 84-hour fast

I will be doing this until May 15, after which I have 1 month of daily dry fasting sunrise to sunset.
Thoughts?

Question: Why not eliminate the lazy keto days (I’m not clear on what this is), and just eat clean keto for a couple weeks?

Lazy is clean, just without weighing and measuring.

It is clean. Lazy is that I don’t count the calories or macros fully. I stay under 20g carbs

This is pretty much what I do, my schedule is there is no schedule and it seems to keep my body guessing.
