Hey guys,
So I unintentionaly started a fast this weekend as the title stated. It started around 3pm. I was at work and started getting chills. Of course I thought it was due to the air conditioning at the office. But when I left, it kept getting worse. To my surprise, I have the flu!! and not the keto flu. I have zero hunger but I have been staying hydrated with bone broth and ketoade. I have also been getting a boat load rest. I have been surprised with how my body has been reacting with not eating. I have been paying attention to myself and hopefully I’ll be well soon. I am still not sure if I am fat adapted since I do not measure my ketones or my blood sugar. And I have yet to experience the euphoric mental clarity that seems to be a common staple with many. I do know, to KCKO!!
