You’re right, as a survey it’s useless. But your diet would simply result in your survey being thrown out anyway. Just tell them you eat beef 24-7 and don’t bother with the rest of it. I ran through the whole thing, and even the most generous keto diet would exclude more than 70 items. - not the meat, but more or less every other thing they list in great detail - the packaged bread-products, cereals, fruits and sweet snacks alone came to 78 items that wouldn’t fit with keto. Even the part of the survey you posted here - theoretically the good stuff - includes five items I wouldn’t check off because they assume the item is breaded, served on bread / a bun, or with carb sides.
I also notice there’s no portion size for a number of these things, so even if you had an actual food diary in front of you, there’s a big difference, to me, between a 2" square of lasagna as a side treat every two weeks, and an 8" square of it as a huge full meal.
Interesting that we can exclude “PAM type spray” from our sauteeing fats. So the most processed nightmare food of all, even if we use it liberally and every day, doesn’t count.
Even the most conservative among us don’t count; I’m surprised they don’t value adjust backward for the carnivores.
