Ultima electrolyte

Is it okay to drink an ultima electrolyte drink while fasting? I’m currently doing 20:4 and just bought these packets of electrolytes when I’m on the go. Would I no longer be fasting or would it be considered ok?

I don’t have a ketone meter right now since I’m on a budget (college), so I can’t measure it if would affect me.

I think a lot of this is personal choice. I think it’s fine–the biggest question is if it causes an insulin response. I don’t see how it could. But everybody has a different opinion on fasting and what breaks a fast Etc. I think you just have to experiment and see what works for you and how you feel.
