Hi UK keto peeps, just wanted to say that my wife and I had our first dexascan yesterday with bodyscanuk. If anyone is interested in having it done I can definitely recommend them, very informative and fascinating to see your results! I don’t think there are many places in the UK that do it yet but it certainly turned up some useful nuggets…like the fact that I’m actually about 7% more body fat than my bathroom scales tell me, doh!
Anyway, definitely worth it from my perspective, I now have a great baseline to track against in case the scale stops moving or I get demotivated. If you want to be really kind to me I can get a free follow up if you let me refer you 
otherwise just go check it yourselves, or any DEXA provider, this isn’t a sales pitch!
