Congratulations on progress!!
Progress is rarely linear, but that’s OK, so long as it’s still progress. 
I’ve had a good many more carbs than usual over the holiday season, not so much bingeing on really terrible things, but more of having some carb heavier veggies than I typically eat. I didn’t gain a bunch of weight, but I haven’t really lost any either. So I’m kinda looking forward to getting back to a more normal routine and ketoing onward.
I have a little over 30 pounds to go before “Onederland”, which is pretty close to where I’d like to be. (195, approximately, is my goal. It’s still “overweight” according to the charts for my height, but it’s the last weight that I remember really feeling good at. So that’s where I want to go. Will adjust if I get there and feel like it’s not enough.)
