just started getting into keto, me and my girlfriend are trying a new thing, granted i need to gain weight while he needs to lose but i want to go about this in a strategic way rather than just blind shooting and guessing, my current calorie intake is 2,220. i don’t know if i need to double my intake to gain healthy weight or what route to go about it but if anyone could help that would be great

well yeah i work overnights, and lift as soon as i wake up, i just always hear you need to feed your muscles the protein or eat more to really expand

current weight is 142, height 5’7 and ive been a bulky 165 back in the day so ideally trying to aim for 160-170 but a healthy 160-170
