Been on keto for 3 weeks now. Started out great, lost 10 pounds the first week, although did go through the keto flu but now past that. The thing is now I am not loosing, and getting tired in the afternoon, even with a jig saw in the afternoon. i know I need to be patient but any advice

You already answered your question- but- let me remind you that not all changes are reflected on the scale. Your body is likely going through re-composition. You may find that clothes are fitting differently. Give it time. The weight loss is not linear. I know it’s harder said than done to “just be patient” but it’s the best thing right now. KCKO.
