Trying again day 2

Today, I am beating my depression and working on keto Day 2.

I went to the gym this morning. Sweat it out. Had a good workout. Then I went to my doctors appointment and then ate breakfast.

Breakfast : 3 mini burgers, 1 boiled egg, 2 keto brownies topped with whipped cream.

Going to try and stick to keto! Let’s go Day 2!!!

Youre doing it right. Eat whatever you want, as long as your meeting your nutrient needs and staying within ketogenic guidelines. You can always tweak and fine tune later. Also make sure you either have the ingredients for keto ade on hand, or buy an electrolyte supplement at the health food store
