Well there go all of my 42-40 waist and XXL shirts, I will miss you and the lovely Dad patterns that overweight people have to buy! Goodbye Stripes, and mini belly tents, so long Dad pants with 2 part broken buttons. I told my wife to buy me pants from the used store, perhaps store credit will go further than selling my old clothes for cash. I really hope I will only be buying clothes for the smaller me, I have made this trip before on one or more fad-diet occasions… Been on Keto for 7 weeks, 4" of waistline gone, butt width down 8", under arm fat pouches missing. I am just amazed!

That’s great!
Personally, can’t wait until I can buy clothing in regular stores, which I haven’t been able to do since I was a teenager (if even then).

Go for a walk when the sun is shining. You will be surprised at how different your shadow looks. Great job, KETO on, and reward yourself with another piece of
