What can I do for constipation (didn’t show up till I was 3 weeks in) ? I already tried laxatives, stool softeners, magnesium citrate , chia/flax seeds, more veggies and fiber, upping fat and already drink a very lot if water. I can’t have gave caffeine, so no coffee. I also eat little to no dairy.
I do go every day, but it’s very dry and difficult and incomplete. And getting worse every day.

We have lots of topics here that talk about this. I didn’t want to leave any specific and throw out the rest, so, here are search results as well as some links from a quick Google search that read useful.

Low sodium in the diet is one of the causes of constipation, so the first thing is to make sure you’re getting at least 5 grams a day of sodium. If you’re eating a low-carbohydrate diet, you are no longer retaining water and sodium the way you used to, so you need to drink to thirst and to increase your salt intake (recent research shows that the current recommendations are far too low for sugar-burners, let alone ketoers).

Another thing to try is increasing your fat intake. You should be eating fat to satiety in any case, but because of decades of dietary misinformation, a lot of people are afraid of fat. But when you’re eating keto, fat is your friend.

I almost quit because of constipation
exactly like you describing. I thought
it will not go away but it did.

actualy my bowel movment never been
this good my entire life to the point I am
convinced that dietry fiber is a joke.

I am not sure what the reason caused
my constipation few weeks after starting
the diet Iam not sure also what caused it
to go away.

I think I was electrolyte depleted mainly
magnesium depleted.
