I found this on the same site where I got my recently-posted post on protein recommendations: this guy obviously put a ton of time and effort into this spreadsheet!
When I downloaded it, it was “read-only”, so I had to “save as” , and then do it, but that might just be a quirk with my new Dell (or my computer skills!) I’m not done filling mine out but already am amazed at the information!
