Total lose of appetite post first extended fast

Hi everyone! So I feel weird complaining about this, but I am looking for insight. I completed my first ever 48 hour fast this past week, and it was awesome. Since they however I have had NO appetite, and get full incredibly quickly. I know my body is feeding off of my own stores, however I’ve been seeing a large negative impact to my workouts and general energy.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any thoughts on what I need to do to help my body use my own stores to the best of its ability while still eating as much as I need?
