I think since I can balance fairly well up there now I might give unassisted dips a try up there next week.

Ok, so I was going to try straight out dips from the top position with the rings, but realized I didn’t fully master the Rings Top Position yet. For good form when in the top position you have to RTO, which means Rings turned out. It’s a whole lot harder than it looks, by putting a big amount of pressure on the pit of your elbow. This is how they say you develop straight arm strength.
This is my attempt, I feel like my arms are straight but as you can see in the video my arms have a bend to them yet. So I definitely need to improve this, before moving on to dips, which you should RTO after each dip attempt for the rings anyway.
