Can it be possible that I am getting too little carbs and this causing headaches?? I am getting at least once a week or a fortnight bad headaches.
I’ve been on this WOE for two months. People have expressed that my electrolytes are prob low but I really don’t think so.
Typical day:
Breakfast:
two slices speck (bacon)
Two eggs salted and pepper scrambled with tablespoon salted butter
Coffee with cream
Lunch/snack: an avocado
Ham or nuts
Sometimes adds a tiny bit of salad
Arvo snack:
Perfect Keto Collagen Choc flavour
Fat bomb (peanut/almond butter, choc and coconut oil)
Dinner:
Meat
Veg or salad
(Could be a warm chick salad, casserole etc)
This afternoon I even ate a heap of pickles to try to alleviate the headache but it didn’t work. I then ate some plain corn chips out of desperation (only 5 chips) but that didn’t help either.
Any suggestions??
