Today's non-scale victory: wardrobe

Non-stretchy 38s. They fit pretty well.

I inherited a wool sweater from my grandad, but it had not been washed in years so I stupidly washed it in the machine. Presto! It fits me! I have hand washed it ever since.

I was never too fat. Or so I thought. I had to wear size 38 jeans. Now I buy 33x32. No more xl shirts. New belts. Oh my I love this
