Are these statistics going to help me reach Ketosis. If you have any tips let me know :slight_smile:

I’m 5ft 10 167Lbs.

Looking to get lean and add little muscle mass

Calories - 1957

Carbs (g) - 18

Fat (g) - 161

Protein (g) - 105

Sodium (mg) - 1353

Sugar (g) - 8

Is sugar broken out from the carbs because sugar is carbs. You will need more salt.
