I have lost 40pounds reduced my A1c 5.4 to 5.7 throughout the year I’m off Insulin with the support of my Dr
I’m very grateful for this site and everyone here.I cook most all my meals an when I go out eat I can always put together a keto meal from the menu also when going to a friend’s house for dinner or a house party I bring my own meals
I have not strayed from this WOE throughout the year I know if I do in time I’ll be back on insulin
My type 2diabetes is in the rear view mirror
