To low of calories

(Aj Schick) #1

I started Keto a few days ago. My calorie intake is 1096. Fat 84. Carbs 20, protein is 66. Is this to low of calories? I have seen a lot of macro Calculators some say that it’s this ok others say that it needs to be more, what do you guys think?

You will need to provide more info for an answer.

Are you hungry? If so, then you need to eat more.

Your lean mass would be a helpful number to calculate appropriate protein levels. Then you eat fat till you’re not hungry.

I have never and have no intention of ever counting calories.

Here here,
Don’t count them either. Hasn’t stalled me.

Eat until you feel completely satiated, like you could not eat another bite. Don’t eat if you’re not hungry. Avoid carbs. Eat fat. Don’t stress. Get good sleep. Exercise if you feel like it. Add salt to your food. Drink water. That’s pretty much all you need to do. Everything else will pretty much fall into place on its own.
