8 1/4" down since Day 1. Only 6lbs, but I feel excellent. My hair is shiny, my skin is soft and I can fast without feeling hungry. My current issue is that when I try to exercise, my muscles are super fatigued. I tried to run 2 miles a few days ago and my legs felt heavy and useless, then went to the gym twice and same thing-heavy, tight quads. I started taking a Sodium+Potassium+Magnesium supplement on Tuesday, but so far it hasn’t helped. Is there something else I should be doing? I am 75/20/5% and I’ve been taking MCT powder before my workouts.

I had the same thing but it was in my calves. I think mine was a hydration problem which in a sense means salt problem also. Mine only happened when fasting.
