Threw together a tasty, quick little dinner πŸ˜‰

So my girlfriend and her friend went to a concert this evening and left me to fend for myself :slightly_smiling_face:
I found a half a keto bun in the kitchen. Mixed up a can of solid white albacore, a bunch of Mayo, a chopped up dill pickle, and some chopped up jalapenos.
So I put a couple of nice big thick slices of cheddar cheese on top. I wanted to melt it but didn’t want to heat up the oven, and thereby the whole house, just to melt my cheese.
So I ended up using my little auto start torch head that I bought for arts and crafts, attached to our big propane bottle for a barbecuer.
It worked so well, I’ve

decided that’s what I’m going to start out with when I get my sous vide machine :slightly_smiling_face:
Anyway I had this and a couple of lemon fat bombs that my girlfriend made for dessert  Mmmm.
Now I’m good to go !

What where the ingredients in your lady’s Lemon fat bombs? Always looking for new yummy treats!:yum:
Do you have a recipe?? Thanks!

Hmmmm, I don’t rembee the exact recipe, or proportions, but I think cream cheese, butter, almond flower, a little real lemon, and it probably called for some stevia, but my GF and I both prefer Splenda. Great little desert though, and more fat, than anything else :slightly_smiling_face:

Great I will try to see what I can do with the Ingredients!
I have a good 1 too! 1 pkg cream cheese 1can Thia Kitchen coconut milk has only >1 sugar, and a small pkg of Sugarfree instant chocolate pudding. It is super good! You can freeze into popsicles! Good fat! And very few carbs per serving!
Thanks agian!

I will try to remember to ask her for the exact recipe tomorrow and post it here.
Oh BTW, these were frozen, like bon bons, but not too hard.
