Preconditions:

  • No Exercise (Until Sept 21, which I started doing one day on, one off, etc, 30 min at 70% my Max Heart Rate).
  • 70% Fat, 30% Protein.
  • Weight at the same hour, after going to the bathroom, no clothes.
