I started the ketogenic diet the very beginning of this year. There have been a few moments when I’ve given in and had pizza, or some other form of comfort food that was loaded with carbs. But I never let it completely derail me. It has become easier and easier to say no to certain things and not feel like i’m depriving myself of anything. Since January 1st, I’ve gone from 250lbs to 229lbs, and did my first 24 hour fast with ease. My wife still looks at my crazy and rolls her eyes sometimes, but I don’t let it get to me anymore lol.

Congratulations of your commitment to your lifestyle as visible by results. I can imagine that there could be a rather significant list of heath related improvements also!
