So I marinaded chicken thighs in G.Hughes Terryaki, made with Splenda… Excellent stuff, and so is their SF BBQ sauce Then BBQ’d it on the grille, with just some salt, pepper and garlic powder… And I freaking nailed it ! I was bragging to my GF about how good it came out… Before she sat down…
But then, she made a Zucchini Au Graten that was just unbelievable ! I swear it had more and better flavor than any potatoes I have ever eaten ! Oh, and the Zucchini came out of our garden
You guys just have to try this;

Oh, and my GF just informed me that she used mozzarella cheese + parmesan… Plus added bacon bits, but other than that, it was the recipe above.
