Thighs - but the skin was the star!

I pulled the skin off, seasoned, then laid the skin back on top and seasoned the skin. Basic stuff - salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika. Cook for an hour at 375 F. About 15 minutes before removing from the oven, flip all the skins over. The chicken was good, but the skins were the :star_struck:!

Crispy chicken skins are like keto potato chips. Pass the salt please.
