Hello all, Fraser here. Just wanted to say hello, and note that I’m on day two. No keto flu yet, I’m sure it’s not far away…

The wife and I decided to do this together I think that will make meal times easier. We’ve been researching this site and others for a while and decided to take the plunge. I’ve been a weightlifter all my life and while I’m pretty big, I’ve always carried the power-lifters belly. Hopefully this will help cut that down.

Welcome! I think it is great that you and your partner are doing this together. Support is… supportive :slight_smile:

The keto flu doesn’t hit everyone, so don’t dread it TOO much. I never got it, but I’m also HYPER about drinking water and staying up on my electrolytes. Maybe something to try? Best of luck to you both!

Don’t freak out if you loose power initially it will come back.

I’ll be off the lifting for a while anyway, concentrating on yoga for the next few months.
