Hello all, Fraser here. Just wanted to say hello, and note that I’m on day two. No keto flu yet, I’m sure it’s not far away…
The wife and I decided to do this together I think that will make meal times easier. We’ve been researching this site and others for a while and decided to take the plunge. I’ve been a weightlifter all my life and while I’m pretty big, I’ve always carried the power-lifters belly. Hopefully this will help cut that down.
