I’d say that is the epitome of a non-scale victory … having someone else notice … especially if they were gobsmacked! (I had to google that word to make sure it was a good thing before responding. Had no idea what it meant … but I like it!).

A number on a scale is just a number … even if it’s one you tend to like. Having a friend you haven’t seen in a while astounded at the appearance of a lighter and healthier you … priceless!
