This is a good article, Dom D’Agostino has done a great deal of work in this area, and has co-published with Thomas Siegfried. He actually has a terrific website with links to articles on keto and cancer, resources, and ongoing clinical trials.

If you search him on PubMed, most of his most recent work is very interesting and focuses on exogenous ketones, though not specifically on cancer.
