Wow. Good week so far.
After last week’s diversion, it appears I am back on track. It is AMAZING to me how a few (or maybe even ONE?) tweaks to a variable can cascade into more/bigger changes so quickly.
In 2 days I went from having NO appetite to having a LOT of cravings and eating 2x as much food.
I weighed already Monday and refuse to weigh more than 1x per week, so this is just a guess: Pretty sure I’ve dropped a few pounds after that flurry of food and then getting back on track. I feel great.
Yesterday, my wife came home from work, looked at me and said “Wow! You got skinnier.” She then commented that I need new shirts. That’s THREE comments abt my shirts the last couple weeks…better than my belly sticking out the bottom.
