Great bday gift from my sister-in-law. A low carb book she helped make by Tom Kerridge
Also below is me before Keto and me now!
I haven’t had chance to read through it yet, but I am looking forward to it.

Anyone looking for the book, you can find it at the below links.

Looks like there are some incredible recipes in there. Thanks for sharing!

Yeah, I don’t agree with everything he says in the book, but then it’s about finding what works for you. I want to try the almond soda bread, like asap! And then make the bread and butter pudding with it

Post pics and let us know how it comes out!

Will do, it’ll probably be the 2nd or third attempt I post, lol. I can bake, but I always get it wrong first time, lol.

And after that I’ll attempt to ruined it by adding my own twist to it.

So made the soda bread today. I think it’s got a bit too much salt in and could do with a bit more baking soda, but it’s great. It’s like banana bread and covered in butter! It’s amazing, I think I worked it out to be 1 carb a slice  as mine is a different shape, and I’ve cut it thinner than the recipe in the book.

Here’s a pic.
