I love that crab and Swiss cheese combination, it sounds really tasty in a three-egg omelette. I usually keep mine quite simple, so I might give that filling a try next time I make one. Thanks for sharing the idea!

That does sound good.

I’ve been using 4 (large by US standards) eggs for an omelette. Not sure why.

Bacon or my homemade Italian sausage, cheese, mushrooms (if I have fresh on hand) and tomatoes in the summer when my garden is producing.

If in a hurry, then just cheese.
