Sure there are fattier cuts but check out the intra-muscular fat…Mmm Also you can’t beat the price for Prime.

Looks awesome, I have a friend who’s a chef he seems to get some amazing looking pieces meat. But you’d need a mortgage to afford it unfortunately.

looks like costco packaging, i have also been shopping at these places: “smart and final” and “cash and carry” they also have some great prices…marbling or not just eat it with butter if you need “more”:bacon:

The prime sirloin from Costco is awesome sous vide! At mine, they sometimes bring out a prime case with tomahawk ribeyes…delicious!
