I’m wanting to make a keto friendly desert for Thanksgiving but I have never make any and I don’t want it suck. So I would love it if you could share what your favorites are and possibly include the recipe thanks
Thanksgiving is coming. What are making for desert?
My local baker is a keto baker, so I’m cheating. He’s making me two keto pumpkin pies, two keto key lime pies, two keto coconut cream pies, and two keto lemon cream pies…
But, I cheated…
I grew some sweet potatoes in my garden this year. I also grew some pumpkins. So what I was kinda thinking was maybe making a keto sweet potato pie, a keto pumpkin pie, and a keto pecan pie just to see how I like them. We’ll have family coming to visit so it’s not like my wife and I will have to eat them all ourselves.
The one and only reason I rarely cook anything.
If you need a plant killed also, send it my way
Definitely a cheesecake. Possibly a pumpkin one. Probably a pumpkin cheesecake dessert too. I made this one a few weeks ago and it was DELISH!
I even screwed them up and they were delicious. I forgot to add the dry ingredients at the end, so I literally cut them in with a knife 2 minutes into baking. Figured I had completely ruined it. It was so delicious
Here’s the cheesecake I make, but per @Digital_Dave suggestion, I now add cinnamon to the crust. Makes a big difference!

These also are yummy! I’ve made them both individual and as a full cheesecake

The only dessert I’ve made so far is this chocolate mug cake which is so delightful! I whip up a couple of tablespoons of heavy cream and cocoa powder with Lakanto sweetener for icing. I definitely want to try making a keto pumpkin pie though. https://www.lowcarbmaven.com/keto-chocolate-mug-cake/
