In April of 2018, I started keto. I read “The Obesity Code”, I listened to “The Obesity Code Podcast”, and I listened to every single episode of “2 Keto Dudes”. When I started, I was 311 pounds. Recently, I got under 200 pounds for the first time since high school, I would guess. Two years ago, I was pre-diabetic, always uncomfortable, and living with constant pain that I thought to be normal. Now, I play basketball once a week, run once or twice a week, and feel great. But, if the 2 Keto Dudes had not been there on the other end of the country and the globe, I could not have made it. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Holy cow! That is so amazing. I’ve been thinking a lot about exercise and how much of a chore it was for me when I was bigger, how guilty I would feel that I was never doing enough of it. Funny how you lose a bunch of mass and suddenly moving ain’t so bad. I’m delighted for you, especially that you are “playing” for fun!
