Thanks for the support! Well on the way

Thanks to everyone for support and helpful posts or replies. I’ve had a few NSV of late, down 2 sizes on pants, needing a new and skinner belt then finding that I now probably need a new one again and a work shirt that was too tight and needing me to re order uniforms being the right size plus the people going ‘Damn! You shrunk’.

Doctor saw me today after about 6 weeks and was surprised by appearance as well. Fat is disappearing, muscle is building and body composition is changing… which makes me impatient for more and faster but at the same time I have the signs of exercise related injuries and today I had the wisdom to stop and let my body heal… and will do so tomorrow as well.

On the other side of the equation I have lost 4 kg in the last month, bringing me down to 90kg from around 112-114kg since January/February this year.

I’ve found the various IF/Keto groups to be inconsistent and sometimes a bit errrr… maniacal but here has always been an oasis of civility and great advice. You’ve made my journey to date a hell of a lot easier.

Next stop is another extended fast for Autophagy as I try to recover in my shoulders again.

That’s awesome! I’ve had the same experience and second that this forum is really a nice place to find answers and opinions given with civility.
Just yesterday I was asked about my weight loss by a couple Co workers. It’s neat that others notice the weight loss but also great that I have an opportunity to share that keto works and that is not this crazy new fad but a very healthy woe for most people.
Congrats on your successes and be patient and trust the process.

One of the best things is I don’t need a DEXA. Scan to tell me I’ve gained muscle.
