My ketones are .5
Sugar. 60
About 17 hours fasted

I’m not going to test alot. It’s too expensive.

I just wanted confirmation that what I am doing is working since I’m not doing keto “right”

90 percent of time my carbs are between 40-60 grams with a 100g day every 7-10 days.

Someone actually told me I’m not keto because I eat too many carbs.

I’ve tried to do it “right” and lower my carbs but it just doesn’t work for me. For me 20g is way too low.

If my way means fat adaption takes longer that’s ok. I’m doing keto the best I can right now.

My coffee has about 10g carbs
My tortillas are 4g.
I have 10g carbs of chips with my sandwiches still. (At most 1x a day)
Peanut butter and jelly (reduced sugar) 10g tortilla included.
60percent dark chocolate 10 g

I’ve also decided to add small amounts of raw honey to my diet.

I hope to substitute honey for Splenda in my coffee

I also ordered 2stevia plants and some dried stevia.

The stevia from the store tastes nasty to me.
