Yes, i mostly eating home made keto recipes made with keto friendly vegetables & fruits which i like mostly avocado, broccoli, cheese cakes & keto biscuite (all home made ) … I skips to buy package keto foods from outside, because i think as much we can eat fresh is the best for our body, so i save money by not buying keto products from market.
Specially, the keto plan that i follow is allows me to eat my favorite foods which i enjoy the most.
From starting my keto journey was like disgusting, but now i am really enjoying this journey… and i will post my fully keto journey on my profile very soon…
