They have an online nutrition calculator where you can see not only the nutritional content of menu items, you can experiment with taking out various components to see how it will affect the carb count. I got the “Kitchen Sink Burger” with no bun, and I substituted parmesan broccoli for the fries. The burger is topped with ham, bacon, cheese, grilled onions and mushrooms, and a fried egg. Delicious.

I wish more restaurants had this option. Whenever we go to a new place, we always check the menu online first, but this is awesome!

So what were the carbs? You left us all hanging.

27g (including 9g fiber). That’s a lot higher than I normally have, but there are many opportunities to reduce that figure (which is what is so cool about their calculator). The broccoli alone is listed as 13g (5g fiber), which sounds a little high for the fairly small portion. Cutting out the grilled onions and red onion would help by several grams. But I don’t worry about it when most of the carbs in a dish are from the vegetables.
