What blood sugar targets should I be aiming for?
I’m aiming to be healthy. I’m not diabetic, pre-diabetic, and not obese, and don’t have a history of obesity. I understand that it can be healthy to be in ketosis. I would like to do that, but maybe “soon” when I can begin going to the gym regularly again.
I eat a pretty strict keto/paleo diet. Broth with kimchi for breakfast, maybe no lunch, meat and greens for dinner. I do eat dairy such as hard cheese or home made sour cream or home made feta.
I’m using a Precision Xtra blood glucose meter and blood sugar indicator strips. (Maybe I’ll get keto strips but they are more expensive.)
