Tailored Macros, which app

New to the forum. Hello everyone, I am wondering which app you all recommend to define/find one’s macros.

It’s up to you. What we do recommend is keeping your carbohydrate intake under 20g/day, keeping your protein around 1.0g/day/kg of lean body mass, and eating fat to satiety. If you do it that way, it makes the macro counting a lot easier.

Welcome, Starr! @PaulL is right - don’t get hung up on macros at first - just keep it simple and be sure you get plenty of salt. Easy peasy! :slight_smile:
