On my first week and getting some headaches . What are some good supplements. Doing this for weight loss and trying to figure out what supplements are most important. Prefer liquids over pills

Water and salt.
Most carb withdrawal, AKA keto flu, symptoms can be ‘cured’ simply by making sure you are getting enough sodium and water. In a low carb diet, we don’t retain salt as well as we used to and if we don’t get at least 2+ teaspoons per day, any number of things can occur. Most of them are minor but none of them are good. Also make sure you are getting up to 8 cups of water per day to replace the water weight you are probably losing. The very act of burning fat and using up glycogen stored in the liver and muscles, leads to water loss.

That’s a symptom of low sodium. We excrete more sodium in the absence of carbohydrate, so get more salt. Two or three U.S. teaspoons (10-15 g) ought to do it.
…low salt/sodium (potassium) and magnesium is not the only symptom of headaches or migraines it can be a combination of that and carbohydrate and sugar addiction withdrawal hence hypoglycemia (eat some meat) not sugar when this happens (at the immediate onset)…
